1. Leadership and Building: As a 3MTT Community Manager, you’ll be in charge of leading, building, and maintaining S3MTT’s community of technical talent in your state. You’ll be the driving force behind scalable programs that attract aspiring Nigerian Technologists and prepare them for the tech workforce and other opportunities in the digital economy.

2. Brand Ownership: Your role also involves owning the brand of 3MTT in your state and animating existing community members. You’ll be responsible for attracting new members and fellows to the program. Get ready to develop state-specific and regional strategies, outreach campaigns, and messaging that resonates with your community.

3. Growth Strategies: Building models, metrics of success, and growth strategies will be a key part of your responsibilities. You’ll ensure the long-term success and growth of the 3MTT community within your state, making sure it remains a thriving platform for technical talent.
